I would like to have the menu fully expanded in a sidebar.

etc.
I tried all sorts of combinations such as...
Initial visibility level = 9
Number of levels to display = unlimited
"checked" Expand all menu links
Navbar behavior
"checked" flyout style main menu
When I hover over the menu the drop down links appear.
I would like to have all the links appear. This would be something like a table of contents in a book - a full listing.
