Integrate with ECA

Let's integrate with ECA to fire events whenever DANSE does anything.

We also want to allow ECA to create notifications. Let's see which of the two options is best:

Extract the notification entities from DANSE into its own module to allow other modules creating notifications as well
Add another generic DANSE Event Type which can be triggered through an API or through action plugins which will then be used to create notifications, subscriptions and all the other things that DANSE offers
