The "add payment method" form submit fail

Problem/Motivation

When I submit a 2nd payment method the address shows up as a select.
On form submit, it only opens the address fields and redirects to the page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to a user page to add payment method - /user/{user}/payment-methods/add
Add a 2nd payment method and submit with the pre selected address.
It redirects to same page with open address fields

Proposed resolution

Make use the address / customer_profile selected as address.
