Cant update.php because of AES module

I did the migration from AES to REAL AES

but still, now it says my site cant be updated because of AES
What to do?

Should I disable AES module?

So when I go to update.php this happens

The AES encryption module requires at least one of two things to function: Either the PHP Mcrypt extension has to be installed on the web server, or the PHP Secure Communications Library (phpseclib) needs to be installed in the AES directory. Check the README.txt for more information.

I put the library under libraries folder sites/all/libraries/php-encryption
