Use Drupal core Yaml parsing to read the info.yml file

Problem/Motivation

At the moment, the module relies on a basic approach to open and process a module's info.yml file. It would be better to use Drupal core's Drupal\Component\Serialization\Yaml::decode() method to process this file.

This would simplify the code in UnusedModulesHelperService::addInfoFileInformation() considerably.
