Problem/Motivation

Login history tab for never logged users since the module installation shows absolutely empty.

Steps to reproduce

Go to user or global login history just after the module installation.

Proposed resolution

Add a empty message to the provided view.

    This should first be added to the 2.x branch, and then back-ported to 1.x

    I think it could be OK to leave old installs as configured. We could add to the release notes a suggestion to modify the view or revert or whatever if they need it.
