I would like to upgrade to use openid_connect version 2.0.0-alpha9. However this module is incompatible with 2.x version and hence I can't.
The reason I would like to upgrade is opendid_connect has features and bugfixes which are not present in 1.x
Try to install openid_connect 2.0.0-alpha9 via composer and it fails.
Update openid_connect_akamai to support 2.x. Ideally this should be a none breaking changing. If at all it is, then we would have to inroduce a 3.x version which would be compatible with openid_connect 2.x.
- Update composer.json
- Test all codebase with 2.x
- Fix any issues
