As per #2 on https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/managing-a-drupalorg-theme-module-or... → , we need to use the Contact tab on the owner profile page to contact the project owner, asking to post a comment on the issue you posted. This has not been done before know. I am going to do this.

Postponed for now, since we're waiting for a reply. You can set this back to "Active" is there is no reply by August 1.
