Restore the masonry-layout class

In #3158162: Refactor JS to allow masonry after AJAX → (ironically that I was tagged in). The masonry-layout class was removed. This is used quite often for styling purposes. Proposing we restore it.

Otherwise I'll just use this patch for my own purposes for now
