Update doco for custom display plugin.

Problem/Motivation

When I added a custom view display and went to block options, I could not see anything except the "Items"

Steps to reproduce

Add a custom plugin in a custom module
Extended the plain views\display\Block plugin.
Add custom display in any view
You won't see the option mentioned in the module
