Problem/Motivation

Value is NULL for custom options widgets

Steps to reproduce

Create a custom options widgets with 2 or more options
Add the form to a entity and display it
Click one option and look the value in database
The value is NULL whatever the real value given in the back for this option

Proposed resolution

add the value just before the save in RateWidgetBaseForm
