Possibility to alter wrapper types

Problem/Motivation

I want to add better functions to my fieldsets like "Modal for the group" or "Bootstrap collapse for the group" etc without change the behavior of default types.

Proposed resolution

The getWrapperTypes method is static. Really hard to make a higher level module for this module. So I decided to add a new hook to alter wrapper types.

If we write a module next to views_fieldset then the next options will be available
- We can remove default types
- We can add new types
