Query bundle key conditionally in install function

Problem/Motivation

When I installed this module and it scanned field definitions of all entities. It found the bundle key of a custom entity type is an empty string. As result it caused the error.

Steps to reproduce

I think this can be reproduced by creating a text field to user entity and install the module

Check bundle key is empty or not
