Find parts of words and also insert a space

Tooltip also replace parts of words. This insert a space before the tooltip.

Install. Add a Term with name "cer". Add a text in a node with "soccer" .

Do not find parts of a word. Or make this configurable and do not add a space.

- removing new lines from the html
- adding word boundaries to the regex to prevent replacing parts of a word
