Don't think there is away to get around not creating a new revision if that's what is being asked.
I was making a re-branding of a website and there is functionality where last node edits are shown in the footer of a page. Now after search&replace process there are messages everywhere that word AAA was changed to word BBB. The more precise phrase is
Replaced AAA with BBB via Scanner Search and Replace module.
Is there some option to disable this behavior?
Or maybe this could be a feature request to add such option.
Or maybe there is some option in Drupal to disable versioning/revisions for the replace process? Let me know, please, if there is some.
