Currently the module is missing a schema for the configuration.
Review the patch.
Unchecked services are cleaned in the block and system setting form to avoid storing 0 as strings.
A hook_update() function has been added to convert existing settings. I don't know if there is a better way to alter the block configuration, but it worked flawlessly in my tests.
The (by default) disabled services have been removed from the settings file.
