Dear feeds maintainers: we're working on a new rules engine for Drupal 9+ and the community has already requested some integration with feeds. We could of course do that in a separate eca_feeds module, but since the integration is really non-invasive we would love to put that into feeds core. If you don't mind, we'd provide a MR for this soon.
Of course, what would be required is to introduce some events, that get triggered in certain places of your processes, but that would be helpful for many other issues in your issue queue too. E.g. an event for "Feed after import".
