Add "lifecycle" key to .info.yml file

This would be appropriate to be added now:

lifecycle: experimental

The definition for the lifecycle key does not say that anything that is alpha or beta must be marked experimental. Something could be stable but also an alpha release. The main question should be: Should there be a warning when this is installed? (A warning more than just that it is an alpha release.) If a warning is not needed, it would be reasonable to set this to stable.

As it is, all my sites that use this have an unnecessary "Experimental modules enabled" warning on the status page.

Now that this is a beta, its lifecycle should no longer be experimental; it is appropriate to mark it stable.

A full release should be stable. This means that a release candidate should be marked as stable as well.
