Problem/Motivation

Visiting the Twilio configuration page on a fresh install of Twilio produces:

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in Drupal\twilio\Form\TwilioAdminForm->buildForm() (line 106 of modules/contrib/twilio/src/Form/TwilioAdminForm.php).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Twilio
  2. Visit configuration page.
