Image style cleanup

This latest PR includes:
* Generate normal image style first URI, if styled image style already exists, only then generate WebP version
* Check for existing version of WebP image before attempting to generate new one
* WebP image generation during field_display_alter, add URI to entity render array.
* _imagewebp_create_webp() now returns the URI of the WebP image, or FALSE on failure
* Renamed _imagewebp_field_swap_uri() to _imagewebp_field_set_webpuri()
* every time a variable represents the URI of the WebP, it's been renamed to $webp_filepath

@Anybody done, a new updated issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/imagewebp/issues/3367754 🐛 In some cases the image is missing in the tag. Needs work
