No emails received when replied to comments

Problem/Motivation

No email received when a reply is posted to my comment. 'Receive content follow-up notification e-mails' is checked in the profile and 'Replies to my comment' is selected on the settings.

I've tested this by replying to a comment with another user and an email notification is sent as expected. Please try again and if it does not work, list the specific steps you are taking.
