Carousel not carouseling

Problem/Motivation

Carousel is not sliding in block in main section for Drupal 9.2.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a content type "slideshow image'.
2. Add new a field called 'slideshow image'
3. Create three slide show image content types with a title, body and an image.
4. Create an image style called 'slideshow image'. and scale and crop to 780 x 240.
5. Create a view call 'slide show'.
6. Select content of type 'slideshow image'.
7. Create a block
8. Set display to 'Bootstrap Carousel' of fields
9. What should I set Items per block? blank, 0, 1, or number of slides?
10. For the slideshow image field select the image style 'slideshow'
11. What else should I do when configuring the view?
12. Add block to the main region

All I see is one still image.
