Default scheduler type is not used

Problem/Motivation

When configuring a scheduler field the storage settings include a default value for the scheduler_type - this value is not used when creating a new entity.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new scheduler field on a node and set the default scheduler type to Publication
2. Create a new entity

See that the default scheduler type is not selected.

Proposed resolution

Use the storage setting to populate the widget default value when it is empty.
