Create new Fullcalendar view page.
Check "Create a new event via the Off-Canvas dialog." under view Settings => Display.
Go to the view page and check Add event link under the calendar.
Added patch with template fix.

I can't reproduce this issue with a brand new installation, neither with Drupal 11 nor 10.3,
Can someone create a PHPUnit test to reproduce this issue?
Actually, I just retested and it appears to be working without the patch now so I think this can be closed.
