Incorrect breadcrumb when using node with webform reference on webform confirmation page

Problem/Motivation

We are using a CT Page. On that page we have a reference to a webform.

Webform settings: Confirmation = page.

When landing on the webform confirmation page he is showing the webform node in the breadcrumb instead of the page the webform came from.

The back to form links from the webform works like expected.
