Sortable handle for view display Content

For the view, I used the content display with custom node entity view modes

I can't add the sortable handle (sortableviews_handle, sortable_views_handle ...) to the views-view-unformatted.html.twig. Is there a way to use it without the format field setting or Is it possible to add it in hook_views_pre_render?

As the project description states, one of Sortable HTML list, Sortable Unformatted list or Sortable table display types should be used. Any other use case achieved through alters or template overrides may be possible now, but is not supported and provides no guarantees that it will keep working in the future.
