This could open a big can of worms since many "tracks" are supported per audio/video element.
I suggest we focus on <track kind="captions" src="sampleCaptions.vtt" srclang="en"> to begin with and can open an additional feature request if there is desire for other track types.
Baseline, it would be nice to be able to reference a file field for the .vtt and have mediaelement.js display the captions.
