Attached JS breaks embed inside embed

I'm using this beautiful module and a configuration based on the example module you have provided.

I notice an issue I have referenced here https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_embed/issues/3158022#comment-14141257 →

I realize I could resolve the issue by simply disabling the Javascript attaching to the form (paragraphs_inline_entity_form.dialog.js: $(window).on('editor:dialogsave'...)

Just to summarize, my issue has to do with a CKEditor opening up a paragraphs embed that uses an inline entity form with a second CKEditor that opens a media embed (the type of embed doesn't matter).

I'll provide a patch here if anyone else runs into this issue but I would like to also understand what it is exactly that I'm removing here ;)
