Has anyone else had experience making a purchase with Zymphonies? I purchased one of there themes, haven't received the files, and have not received a response from them.
They had a form to fill out after the purchase, but it didn't work - had a server error that prevented it from being submitted (I've contacted a couple of their email addresses after the fact as well - no response).

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Any issue with their server should be reported using their contact form. The maintainer of this theme is just a developer, and not involved in maintaining their server.
