The ParagraphSelection plugin requires target bundle in format key => value

Problem/Motivation

When cloning a paragraph entity with Paragraph type, the entity autocomplete for Parent field doesn't return any value.
The ParagraphSelection plugin requires that target_bundles setting in format key => value, currently the bundle is passed only as array value.

Steps to reproduce

Use contextual links to clone a paragraph which is child of another paragraph.
