Adding user via admin screens results in 'no permission to do that'

First of all, i'd like to thank you for creating this module. It solved all the spam issues had we had. I just encounterd a small 'bug' when creating a user as admin. When saving the user, drupal says 'you dont have permission to access this page' or something like that.

here is the backtrace:

Path: /admin/people/create. Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\AccessDeniedHttpException: in Drupal\spammaster\SpamMasterRegistrationService->spamMasterRegistrationCheck() (line 212 of /var/www/web/modules/contrib/spammaster/src/SpamMasterRegistrationService.php).

The current fix is to whitelist the IP from the admin user.

Is this the intented behaviour? :)
