I would like to be able to use all the goodies that come with bat_fullcalendar_timeline, but I want to use different URL's for events and resources. This is so that we can create Search API REST views to show data while being able to facet in different ways and filter events and resources in the calendar.
Currently bat_fullcalendar_timeline sets the URLs for events and resources in bat_fullcalendar_timeline.js, and other than patching that file there is no way to change those URLs.
- Move the setting of default URLs from bat_fullcalendar_timeline.js to bat_fullcalendar_configure() in bat_fullcalendar.module.
- Only set the default URLs for events or resources if there are no URLs set.
- Allow any code that calls bat_fullcalendar to optionally set custom URLs for events and resources.
I don't think this change is likely to break backwards compatibility.

From description, your patch can expand BAT features quite a lot.
Still, it is not completly clear the changes involved once the patch is applied.
Can we have deeper details?
