[private_content] Applying to be a co-maintainer

This time it's D10 support, the next step in the process is to move this issue over to the project ownership group.

I think we need the person offering to maintain (i.e. sarjeet.singh) to move the issue to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue for it it to be any point for the site moderators to add them. I am moving it back to the project's own issue queue.

sarjeet.singh posted this offer in June 2021, and haven't been active on Drupal.org since August 2021. If I added him to the project as a co-maintainer now, there is very little probability that he'll return and complete the upgrade of this project to Drupal 10.

Perhaps you need to find another content access module for this use that is not abandoned, for example: Nodeaccess →

I'm offering to take ownership of this project. I'll go through the process.

This module is not abandoned. It's simply that the original person offering didn't have a lot of experience. Seeing as there is now another issue, I'm going to close this one.
