Duplicate module?

Not a Duplicate at all!

Having a sandbox for layout_builder_browser under Drupal ~9.0
Studying both modules to use one under Drupal ~10.0
Hoping for a new release with support for Drupal 10

Block Library

• Has a fixed hard coded and fixed style. ( Ready out of the box )
  
• Basic third party config over block type configs
• Has no Block Categories
• Has no order ( only default drupal core block type order)
• No modal option
• Be able to upload icon images to fit for Block Types
• One workflow and one group

Layout Builder Browser →

• Has no default basic styling ( not styled out of the box )
  
• But It has more dynamic isolated configs around Block Types
• Has Block Categories
• Has order and rename caption
• Has a modal option
  
• More options and settings to configure
• No option to upload or select images for block type icons

Both needs update to work with Drupal 10
Both needs to have a better basic styling options. like ( table, or grid )

Leaning toured the more options from Layout Builder Browser
But happy with the ready and basic style by Block Library

Still looking for more supported options from Layout Builder Browser
