Problem/Motivation

The module is defining option for customer metadata which is working nicely but not for payments.
It is currently not possible to setup the metadata on the payment intent. To be fair, I don't think it is currently possible because of the stripe module. See 🐛 Metadata information not sent to stripe Fixed

The patch I did will not work until the 🐛 Metadata information not sent to stripe Fixed issue is resolved, but the metadata methods are already available in the stripe module so I think it's ok to merge it even now. The extra parameter will be ignored since the Stripe module doesn't handle the metadata.
