Can't Access Forms in Paragraph

Problem/Motivation

Exception: The response has unexpected status code (404). in Drupal\mautic_paragraph\MauticParagraphConnector\MauticParagraphConnectorPluginBase->getList() (line 224 of /code/modules/contrib/mautic_paragraph/src/MauticParagraphConnector/MauticParagraphConnectorPluginBase.php).

Module says Oauth is connected fine, but I can't access my forms.
