Call to undefined method NodeAccessControlHandler::writeGrants()

Confirming that after applying the patch the issue was fixed and the order successfully created. Tested on site with the following:
-- Drupal core: 9.5.8
-- Drupal commerce: 2.36
-- Drupal Commerce Licence 3.0
-- Drupal ACL 1.0 beta
-- Drupal Content access 2.0 rc

I believe this is fixed now.
