Problem/Motivation

Elements in bulk form section is not properly vertically aligned

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable `Views Bulk Operations` module.
  2. Add "Bulk Operations" field to some admin view. For instance "People"
  3. Go to `/admin/People` page.

Proposed resolution

Improve styles layout for the `vbo view form`.
