SVG image not converting in to WebP

#19 is also not working, even if user selects particular image style from where it should load then also Drupal tries to load svg from image style folder and svg doesn't exist there.

I think that if we move the check into the controller we'll be prevent throwing the SVG's through all checks and prevent a conversion attempt. Can we use something like the attached patch as a starting point?
