On Drupal 8.9.14 Instal this patch → then edit any commerce report views, after you can see in dlog:
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in commerce_reports_views_pre_build() (line 79 of /var/www/vhostsXXXX/httpdocs/modules/contrib/commerce_reports/commerce_reports.module)"
Seems be related to this code line:
foreach ($view->field as $key => $field_plugin) {

Yes, I am facing this issue right now also.
I have called this code in a views_pre_render hook.
$shipment_only_view = Views::getView('sales_orders_and_products');
$shipment_only_view->build('embed_1');
$shipment_only_view->execute();
I have applied this small patch in my local repository, but I am not sure if this should be done this way.
