Update Vardoc Theme to use Vartheme BS4 9.0.1 with code coverage

Proposed resolution

Upgrade from using Vartheme 8.x-6.30 or older format to Vartheme BS4 9.0.1 with code coverage
Re-Generate the theme by the command

cd PROJECT_DIR_NAME/docroot/themes/contrib/vartheme_bs4/scripts
bash ./create-new-vartheme-bs4.sh "vardoc_theme"

Then migrate old Vardoc Theme styling to the new better code coverage structure.

Depart the Vardoc theme to the Drupal.org project
