When webform is referenced directly to paragraph the "Show the notification about previous submissions" option doesn't work and notification about submission isn't displayed for this webform. I think that the reason is setting source entity as the main source entity (node) in WebformSubmissionForm class when in the WebformMessageManager class the source entity is paragraph.
1. Add paragraph type with field referenced to webform
2. Create webform with enabled "Show the notification about previous submissions" option
3. Add node with paragraph that references to that webform
4. Submit webform and check if notification about submissions is displayed

@gralm Thank you for the patch, is solves my problem.
But i found an other solution, which needs a review.
We enabled the option 'Use this paragraph field's main entity as the webform submission's source entity.' on the webform format in the form element at the paragraph manage display.
I deleted the overrule code in the WebformSubmissionForm.php when setting the sourceEntity property.
I was wondering why the overrule code is there ?
