Token types missing and Theme hook LBKTab not found.

Problem/Motivation

Cannot get it going after install. In the log I get a warning, "Theme hook LBKTab not found" and in status report the message
Token types do not have any tokens defined $info['types']['node-layout_builder__layout']

Any help appreciated.
