Will not let you logout if you do not want to accept

Steps to reproduce

Using a test users, the agreement page pops up. I notice the checkbox and "I agree" were not aligned (checkbox is above center and I agree is below left). I tried to logout the test user and the module keeps looping back to the agreement page. I had to close the browser and clear the browser cache to go back in as admin.

Proposed resolution

• Logout should override the (whatever is happening).
• The alignment of the checkbox with the form is from Classy. This should be an basic agreement template so that developers can override without using a hook.
• If logout is clicked then user should be able to logout.
• Classy (not an agreement problem maybe) should not have checkbox form elements on separate lines. Not accessible
