after installing bat/bee/bat_api/services with patch on drupal 9 I get many errors like this whenever I install a new module (any)

Reproducable steps
install drupal 9 and drush
composer require 'drupal/services:9.0.x-dev@dev' 'drupal/bee:^1.2'
drush en bee (this installs a bunch of stuff including bat and bee)
Then you get multiples of the warnings above.
I think this might be to do with bat rather than bee because of this issue:

It doesnt appear to affect the functioning of bat or bee, but it is worrying... when you dont know what the error might mean...
