Webp image type is text/plain

Problem/Motivation

Type of all webp images are "text/plain" but as per the standard by https://developers.google.com/speed/webp/docs/webp_study It should be webp instead of "text/plain".

Steps to reproduce

Just inspect the page wherever you are using webp module. You can find out the type of images in network tab. Kindly check out the screenshot i have attached to it.

I am also getting same issue. Webp coming as text/plain mime type.

I have a similar problem in Chrome. Firefox seems to open ans save .webp as expected. Chrome saves the images as .txt.

The image displays fine, but when you right-click on it and select open the image in a new tab, you will see some strange characters.
