This module currently has two subscription options: Daily and Immediate. The use of the term immediate is however somewhat misleading in that these subscriptions are processed on the next cron run which could be 5 minutes from now or 30 minutes from now depending on how cron is configured on the host server.
We need to add clarifying language so admins and end users are aware of the potential delay.
