Setting blocking mode to auto disable Drupal JS menus

Problem/Motivation

Once selected the auto value for blocking mode, the menus of the admin interface stop working correctly: passing the pointer over a menu element does not trigger the sub-menu anymore:

The two ways to get menus working again are:
-Accept all cookies on the Cookiebot consent banner
-Switch blocking mode to manual in module configuration

Steps to reproduce

Install Cookiebot+GTM
Adjust settings (CB ID + GTM ID)
Set blocking mode to auto
Save
Clear cookie

Proposed resolution

Add data-cookieconsent="ignore" attribute to the involved scripts when auto is selected
