Noscript message styling does not apply in chromium browser.

When viewing a form with javascript disabled I do not see the message notifying the user of the presence of a form.

Enable antibot for a form.
Disable javascript.
Visit the form (in chromium browser)

Add the display:none to both the noscript and the .antibot-message within the form.

It happened to me twice in the 2.0.x version, I'll merge the changes to that branch and set this to needs review for further testing.
