The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (9.1.5) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/preprocess/tests/modules/preprocess_test/preprocess_test.info.yml
Run nightwatch
Per https://www.drupal.org/node/3070687#test → , remove versioning from test module
